Who We Are

Hayes Residence is a Certified Board and Care which serves adults requiring assistance with daily activities while providing around the clock nursing care.  We assist our residents to maintain appropriate levels of independence while managing physical and mental health diagnosis.

Hayes has been a part of the vibrant Highland Park community for over 30 years.  We have been a privately owned family business since our doors opened in 1973, only changing owners twice in that period.  We strive to offer a friendly and family oriented home while providing non-skilled nursing care and supportive services.

We are conveniently located at the intersection of Snelling and Randolph Avenues.  Our location provides easy access to public transportation, parks,  and other unique local businesses.  We encourage active lifestyles and community involvement.

Quality assurance is our top priority.  We continually participate in local, state, and federal quality improvement programs to promote innovation and excellence.
